About the role
- Planning, directing and executing IT projects in accordance with established methodologies and project standards
- Creating and monitoring work packages and milestones
- Regular and continuous reporting on project progress
- Identifying and managing project risks and conflicts
- Ensuring adherence to budget, processes, quality standards and timelines
- Communication and stakeholder management
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics or an IT-related field with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as a project manager in a dynamic environment, preferably from the financial sector
- Structured, conscientious and reliable working style
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented and strategic thinking
- Good understanding of IT processes and IT architecture
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
