About the role
- Support in operational recruiting (e.g., scheduling interviews, corresponding with applicants, screening applications, conducting brief interviews via Teams or phone)
- Participation in the organization and execution of employer branding activities
- Taking on various tasks in the onboarding of new employees
- Preparation and design of presentations and document templates
- Support for the People & Culture team with various tasks and projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program with a valid enrollment certificate
- Initial experience in HR is a plus (working student positions or internships)
- Strong communication and organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English language skills
