About the role
- Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers/ BDMs focused on driving NRR
- Own outcomes across gross retention, renewals, usage‑led expansion, product adoption
- Build repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsell and expansion
- Partner closely with another expansion team
- Accountable for portfolio performance, team capability, renewal governance and expansion outcomes
- Lift quality and consistency of customer conversations across your team
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS SMB/ retention leadership experience
- Demonstrable GRR/ NRR outcomes in high volume portfolios
- Strong in usage led retention, renewal processes, save strategies, and competitive defence
- Confidence using SalesForce (or equivalent), cohort analysis and portfolio health modelling
