About the role
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design, develop, and maintain the company website on WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Implementing and optimising web features and landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and user engagement.
- Advising on and executing SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
- Monitoring website analytics and user behaviour, providing actionable insights to improve site performance and inform marketing strategies.
- Delivering regular reports on website traffic, campaign landing page results, and digital engagement metrics to stakeholders.
- Overseeing agency and platform partner relationships, ensuring delivery against performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in WordPress web development, including end-to-end management of high-traffic websites.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Elementor and other leading WordPress page builders.
- Strong fundamentals and practical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive, interactive, and accessible web experiences.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising WordPress sites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
