About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map and prospect new partner real estate agencies according to a regional expansion strategy
Present the rental guarantee product and onboard each new real estate agency into our portfolio
Monitor the initial performance curve of onboarded agencies until they are operating consistently
Transition the account to the commercial consulting team once the agency begins producing
Align with the commercial and performance teams to adjust the acquisition strategy based on results
Lead efforts to attract new real estate agencies and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sales-oriented profile with strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of or prior experience in the real estate sector (a plus)
Availability for field work, including visits to agencies according to the defined regional strategy
Comfortable using everyday tools (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
