About the role

  • Gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring adherence to the contracted white-label / BIN Sponsor model;
  • Participate in integration and validation with providers (e.g., Celcoin, Dock, Pomelo), understanding limitations, capabilities, and trade-offs;
  • Lead discovery processes, defining hypotheses, experiments, and customer validation;
  • Structure the roadmap, prioritize deliveries, and ensure alignment with the company's strategy;
  • Analyze product data and metrics, proposing improvements based on evidence;
  • Act as a technical liaison between Creditas and external partners, ensuring clarity, timelines, and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience with white-label / BIN Sponsor providers (e.g., Dock, Celcoin, Pomelo, and others);
  • Ability to work hands-on, writing specifications, leading integrations, and overseeing technical deliveries;
  • Experience with multidisciplinary squads and leadership by influence;
  • Strong command of product management metrics and practices;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools;
  • Knowledge of product metrics and best practices for building a product vision and roadmap;
  • Availability for hybrid work: Required to attend our office in the Morumbi area, São Paulo, once per month for 4 consecutive days, typically during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
