About the role

  • Lead and structure the Organic Channels area, raising the team’s strategic and technical level;
  • Develop and evolve technical SEO strategy, data-driven content, and search intent optimization;
  • Connect SEO, content, organic social and branding into an integrated growth strategy;
  • Structure and lead the LLMs strategy (AI overview, ChatGPT, Gemini and emerging search formats), monitoring trends and applying market learnings;
  • Define priorities, backlog and roadmap for the area, aligned with business objectives;
  • Operate hands-on: review strategies, optimize content, guide technical improvements, support analyses and executive presentations;
  • Ensure performance improvements in metrics such as qualified traffic, leads, conversion, retention, share of voice and domain authority;
  • Build plans for sustainable organic growth, focusing on efficiency and CAC reduction.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in SEO and organic channels;
  • Previous experience in a leadership role;
  • Experience in companies with complex digital environments;
  • Deep knowledge in: technical SEO; data-driven content strategy; search intent and user journey; organic social;
  • Experience with strategies for AI Search / Generative Search (LLMs);
  • Ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Search Console, robust CMSs and integrations with CDPs;
  • Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area, São Paulo, once a month for 4 consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
