About the role
- Act as a bridge between technical teams (Engineering, Data, CDP) and Marketing, translating business needs into viable technical solutions;
- Implement and configure technical solutions on marketing and media platforms (pixel installation, event configuration, code deployment, integrations);
- Publish and version code via GitHub, ensuring organization and technical governance;
- Ensure proper collection and capture of user journey data (web and app), maintaining data quality and traceability;
- Work on data integration and enrichment with CDPs and engineering teams;
- Enable activations for CRM, paid media and organic channels, ensuring data is accessible and structured for strategic use;
- Design and adapt governance rules, naming conventions and taxonomies to reduce inconsistencies and overlap in the Martech stack;
- Ensure the quality and reliability of data delivered to business stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Martech, Marketing Analytics, or related areas;
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python and GitHub;
- Intermediate knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Looker, QuickSight, Power BI or Tableau;
- Experience with technical implementation on media and analytics platforms;
- Experience structuring or evolving data governance and Martech architecture;
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic understanding of business impact;
- Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once per month for 4 consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
