About the role

  • Manage the collections portfolio (first stage), conducting direct collections with Creditas customers for the Auto product;
  • Perform collections on the assigned portfolio, seeking to understand the reasons for customers’ late payments and proposing effective solutions to reduce delinquency;
  • Communicate in a personalized, empathetic, consultative, informative and comprehensive manner with customers, aiming to provide the best possible experience during collections;
  • Provide customer support and clarify questions about the product and the process via email, phone (dialer), chat and WhatsApp.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Proven professional experience in Collections and in the customer journey;
  • Proven experience handling high volumes of processes and demands;
  • Knowledge of multiple channels (automatic dialer, email and chat);
  • Excellent Portuguese language skills (written and verbal);
  • Organization and attention to detail;
  • Agility, resilience and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Analytical mindset and a focus on continuous process improvement;
  • Quick, proactive reasoning to understand and resolve issues;
  • Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for 4 consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
