About the role

  • Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to generate insights on the customer experience;
  • Build and optimize SQL queries;
  • Monitor customer experience metrics, identifying root causes of complaints and friction in the customer journey;
  • Support team and leadership decision-making;
  • Communicate findings clearly, document metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and handling multiple data sources), executive-level presentations, and SQL;
  • Experience with customer service/support KPIs and metrics;
  • Analytical mindset with logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to manipulate and interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and test them quantitatively;
  • Strong teamwork skills, especially in Agile work environments;
  • Sense of urgency, autonomy, and a focus on prioritizing value delivery;
  • Background in CX, and knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics, Product, Commercial Planning, or Strategic Planning;
  • Experience with process mapping;
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python);
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
