About the role

  • Support the monthly accounting close;
  • Perform account reconciliations and basic variance analysis;
  • Organize and validate accounting support documents for audits and internal controls;
  • Post accounting entries and maintain control spreadsheets;
  • Interact with partner areas (People/HR, Tax, Finance, etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Basic accounting knowledge and intermediate Excel skills;
  • Organized, eager to learn and with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback;
  • Differential: Previous experience with accounting routines;
  • Differential: Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar);
  • Availability for hybrid work: must be able to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo on Tuesdays.
