About the role

  • Collaborate in developing the annual internal audit plan;
  • Perform planned and special audit engagements;
  • Monitor changes in auditing standards and regulations applicable to financial institutions;
  • Lead, mentor and develop the team, enhancing their competencies and technical knowledge;
  • Prepare and maintain the audit matrix / work program up to date;
  • Coordinate planned and special audit engagements;
  • Draft and present findings from internal audits and related reports;
  • Develop dashboards and executive presentations with performance indicators (KPIs) to report follow-up results.

Requirements

  • Experience in Internal Audit for Financial Institutions;
  • Knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework applicable to the financial sector (CMN / BACEN - National Monetary Council / Central Bank of Brazil);
  • Experience supporting Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) inspections;
  • Knowledge and experience in testing compliance with BACEN regulations;
  • Knowledge and experience auditing technology and information systems topics;
  • Experience in technology companies and the financial segment (Credit, Financing and Investment Companies; Fintechs);
  • Experience auditing areas such as collections; procurement; vendors; credit (financing and loans); accounts payable; AML (PLD - Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro); IT governance and information security;
  • Intermediate English (document and report production);
  • Differential: knowledge of accounting and information security in cloud environments;
  • Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area, São Paulo, once per month for 4 consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
