- Serve as a trusted advisor to small business owners seeking business credit and financing solutions.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative customer experience from initial call through funding.
- Use AI-powered tools to create and present personalized Funding Blueprints.
- Maintain working knowledge of lender requirements and program qualifications to provide accurate, tailored guidance.
- Act as a Team Lead by supporting, mentoring, and guiding advisors to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Help reinforce best practices, client communication standards, and process adherence.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.
Requirements
- Strongly Preferred Background in customer service, client success, or account management (required).
- Experience with business credit, business financing, lending, or financial services (strongly preferred).
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
