About the role
- Reaching out to all new leads using a provided script and scheduling appointments for assigned Account Executives
- Bi-weekly check-ins with partners to identify needs, provide support, or escalate conversations to the Account Executive
- Following up with clients who have scheduled appointments to send reminders and ensure attendance
- Supporting special projects and ad-hoc assignments as requested
- Assisting with additional duties as needed to support the Sales Team’s success
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Near-perfect English (native or fluent) with a neutral accent is required
- Comfortable speaking with Executives, C-Suite leaders, and Business Owners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, scaling environment
