About the role

  • Create and appear in videos and social media content that represent the work of CCS.
  • Use graphic design, video editing, and content creation skills to create engaging content.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Marketing & Community Engagement team.
  • Support awareness of the organization and its impact.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is required, ideally in a related field such as business or communications.
  • Two to three years of experience in marketing, social media content creation, video production, and/or graphic design is a requirement for this role.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign]) is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of and interest in multiple social media platforms (e.g., X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Excellent oral and exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in computer office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
