About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as product counsel for the Company’s servicing products, systems and operations
Ensure the Company services retail installment sale contracts in accordance with the law and Company policy
Provide timely and professional legal advice and counsel to business colleagues on product initiatives
Represent the Company’s interests with regulators and other outside parties
Analyze changes to laws, regulations and policies affecting motor vehicle finance servicing
Negotiate and draft a variety of legal agreements, including vendor agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed to practice law, with a minimum of 12 years’ experience (Senior Manager)
Licensed to practice law, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience (Manager)
Exceptional research and writing skills
Excellent professional and academic credentials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality
Ability to confidently interact with senior business leaders
