About the role

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and implement features and code
  • Collaborate and contribute to all activities required to deliver high quality features
  • Learn best practices through mentorship
  • Grow your skills and confidence through hands-on learning in a team environment
  • Design and develop data pipelines and data marts
  • Write unit-tests and validate development against acceptance criteria
  • Apply team coding, documenting, and testing standards
  • Participate in code reviews and communicate application changes
  • Document code and projects for ease of understanding, maintenance, and support
  • Debug production issues
  • Read and write design documents
  • Contribute to team's sprint commitments and participate in Agile practices
  • Learn the business process domain

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study; or equivalent work experience
  • Conceptual understanding of Data Warehouse/Lakehouse
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to develop using SQL and/or Python (preferred)
  • Understand basic database design techniques and ability to create simple database queries
