About the role
- Operate as a member of the Engineering Continuous Improvement Process and Tools teams
- Analyze, define, document, assess, and scrutinize the processes and tools used to deliver technology solutions
- Identify areas for potential improvement
- Collaborate and contribute to all project activities required to accomplish meaningful improvements
- Conduct research and interviews needed to shape and validate improvement recommendations
- Participate in improvement projects ensuring project participants understand the process modifications needed
- Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results
- Author and review supporting documentation including job aids and communications
- Learn the process domain to better support the business
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or closely related field of study
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a process improvement or process analyst role (Preferred)
- Prior experience with IT methodologies and processes (Preferred)
- Show initiative and the desire to learn new tools and skills
- Be introspective and open to feedback to continuously improve; prioritize personal development and identify potential barriers
- Show emerging critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate technical information (both verbal and written)
