Requirements

- Proven sales success with an established track record of achievements and progression
- Experience in consultative selling through detailed needs analysis, direct communication, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration
- Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Read, speak, and write fluently in both English and Spanish
- Minimum 80% field-based work in the market (in-person visits)
