About the role

  • Create sales strategies to delight, acquire, and retain new clients, expanding the company’s network of relationships and partnerships while ensuring the best possible experience with every closed deal.
  • Be responsible for maintaining a minimum portfolio of loyal partners and managing its upkeep;
  • Be accountable for consistent results, meeting the company’s targets and maintaining a stable monthly production average without sharp fluctuations;
  • Operate autonomously in processes with banks, relying less on leadership to carry out routine activities;
  • Master the company’s internal processes and engage internal support areas to resolve issues;
  • Can serve as a support point for the team, providing assistance and guidance to more junior professionals;
  • Deliver training to upskill partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Mandatory certifications required to perform the role (LGPD, PLDFT, ANEPS, CA300/CA600);
  • Knowledge of the process flow: Requirements, Simulation, Approval, Structuring/Engineering, Legal analysis, Contract issuance, Registration, and Funds release;
  • Previous commercial and/or operational experience with mortgage financing, loans secured by real estate (Home Equity), consortia, or other financial services;
  • Experience using CRM systems;
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
