About the role

  • Allocate payments to outstanding receivables
  • Review system suggestions
  • Investigate unallocated transactions and assign them manually
  • Handle incoming tickets, live chat, and inbound calls professionally and empathetically
  • Escalate unresolved cases according to defined procedures
  • Proactively report recurring issues — your input will directly contribute to improving our processes
  • Document your work thoroughly

Requirements

  • Initial experience in customer service, administrative processing, or a related field
  • Currently enrolled at a German university
  • Fluent German (C1+) and English
  • High attention to detail; enjoyment of structured, recurring tasks
  • Empathetic and calm communication style
  • Confident user of web-based tools and dashboards
  • Self-organized and able to work independently
