About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own assigned features end-to-end from definition through launch, including writing requirements, coordinating across functions, and driving on-time completion
Maintain and prioritize the roadmap by identifying opportunities, weighing tradeoffs, and sequencing work against engineering resources
Use data analysis, A/B testing, and user research to validate assumptions, uncover insights, and improve the business
Run queries and analyses independently where possible
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, partnerships, and operations teams to scope solutions, unblock work, and deliver enhancements
Build or coordinate working concepts and validate ideas with real artifacts before committing engineering resources
Operate responsibly within lending compliance constraints, including claims, disclosures, human review, regulatory risk, and trust risk
Communicate concise updates on status, risks, and tradeoffs, and escalate blockers early
Partner with the existing product team to keep roadmaps moving, unblock engineering, and deliver measurable funnel improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience in Product Management for web-based consumer Internet products
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to own features end-to-end and ship on schedule with limited ramp-up
Ability to use data, experience, and product instincts to identify impactful focus areas, including running independent analysis
Strong analytical abilities across spreadsheets, SQL, and other analytics tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Strong project management skills and willingness to own critical product areas end-to-end
Technical aptitude to work closely with engineers, evaluate implementation approaches, and assess cost-benefit tradeoffs
Experience collaborating with other teams to accomplish shared goals
Bias toward experimentation and discipline to abandon ideas when evidence supports it
Experience in fintech, lending, or other regulated consumer products is a plus
