• Shape how Credible helps students and parents discover and choose loans through AI assistants
• Manage roadmaps for private student loans and student loan refinance products
• Use AI tools to build working concepts and test them quickly
• Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, and user research to validate assumptions
• Proactively engage cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative solutions

Artificial Intelligence

• Define what an AI-native Credible looks like with executives and department leads, and drive the roadmap to achieve that vision.
• Shape how Credible builds products and runs core business processes by staying current on AI trends, evaluating new tools, and implementing the most impactful AI-powered features into our product and operations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams as the subject matter expert to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and automation, integrate the right tools into their workflows, and codify best practices across the organization.
• Build and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support AI tool adoption.
• Implement tooling, monitor adoption rates, and measure the effectiveness of AI tooling across the company.
