About the role
- Handling customer requests through email and phone
- Monitoring various processes for client information verification
- Collaborating with sales agents to resolve complicated issues
- Developing various insurance processes and monitoring carrier communications
- Maintaining processes, providing technical assistance and communication
- Modifying, updating, and processing policy cancellations
- Corresponding regarding account status or alterations
- Evaluating applications and documents for necessary changes
- Reviewing and verifying data such as policies and principal sums
- Organizing office records and managing files for policyholders
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred (Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 1-3 years of insurance experience, ideally in home and auto insurance
- Experience using GSuites (preferred)
