About the role
- Serve as the senior operational leader for all trade workers (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry).
- Ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
- Own the full Week-One experience for all new trade hires.
- Hold the standard for high-quality 4-Week Look-Aheads.
- Drive continuous improvement of the trade workforce through post-project assessments, targeted training, and intentional job assignments.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in field operations, construction scheduling, trade supervision, or similar.
- Deep understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or carpentry workflows.
- Proven ability to lead large groups of skilled tradespeople.
- Strong scheduling, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
