About the role

  • Oversee and manage CCBC’s budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet market demand and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Execute growth strategies to expand CCBC’s market presence in Tennessee.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain presence with retailers through quality visits to the market.
  • Equip distributor partners with the tools and resources needed to grow the CCBC portfolio at retail.
  • Provide training and education to distributor partners on CCBC products and sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Ensure marketing plans and objectives are effectively brought to life within the footprint.
  • Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to market specialists to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Conduct regular market visits to provide on-the-ground support and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Valid Driver’s License for the state where work is performed and clean driving record.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
  • Passion for the craft beer industry and a deep appreciation for the Creature Comforts Brewing Company brand.
