About the role
- Oversee and manage CCBC’s budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet market demand and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Execute growth strategies to expand CCBC’s market presence in Tennessee.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain presence with retailers through quality visits to the market.
- Equip distributor partners with the tools and resources needed to grow the CCBC portfolio at retail.
- Provide training and education to distributor partners on CCBC products and sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Ensure marketing plans and objectives are effectively brought to life within the footprint.
- Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to market specialists to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular market visits to provide on-the-ground support and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Valid Driver’s License for the state where work is performed and clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
- Passion for the craft beer industry and a deep appreciation for the Creature Comforts Brewing Company brand.
