About the role

  • You support the creation of copy for social media campaigns with a focus on influencer and UGC content.
  • You work closely with Creative Strategy, Design, and Project Management.
  • You assist in producing hooks, captions, CTAs, and texts for creator briefings.
  • You contribute to the development of copy based on performance insights and feedback.
  • You help document learnings and optimize existing copy.
  • Step by step, you will take on more responsibility for your own copy formats and specific sub-areas.

Requirements

  • You have initial hands-on experience in copywriting, social media, or marketing (e.g., working student, internship, first permanent role, or personal projects).
  • You are interested in social media, creator content, trends, and digital campaigns.
  • You work in a structured, careful, and eager-to-learn manner and bring a hands-on mentality.
  • You have a good sense of language and a desire to understand why certain copy performs.
  • You present yourself in a friendly, professional, and responsible way.
  • You are confident communicating in German; English is an advantage.
