About the role
- Build, activate, and scale ecosystem of technology and agency partners.
- Own revenue quota tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Develop, deepen, and manage strategic relationships across partner ecosystem - technology, data, agency, and consultancy.
- Build structured partner enablement programs, including training, certification, pitch materials, and shared value messaging.
- Partner with CreatorIQ Account Executives to identify co-sell opportunities.
- Drive field-level “sell-with” motions: lead partner introductions and develop coordinated account plans.
- Activate partners to bring CreatorIQ into new and existing customer conversations.
- Build dashboards and reporting to show partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Work closely with Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to define joint value propositions.
- Contribute to CreatorIQ’s partner strategy roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or enterprise SaaS sales with a quota.
- Proven success driving revenue through co-sell motions with technology or agency partners.
- Experience partnering with or selling into large, global organizations (agency holding companies a plus).
- Strong sales acumen—including discovery, positioning, negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with technical, commercial, and executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and build new programs from scratch.
- Strong communication, presentation, and enablement skills—especially training large field teams.
- Nice-to-Haves: Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Social Suite & Analytics, or Creator Marketing ecosystems.
- Background working with enterprise agencies or media holding companies.
- Global partnership experience.
