About the role
- Lead, mentor, and scale the enterprise sales team, driving a high-performance culture focused on winning new business and expanding existing relationships.
- Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals, with a focus on achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that focuses on customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client retention.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of top-tier enterprise account executives and sales engineers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and client satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline health, and report on key sales metrics to executive leadership.
- Identify and pursue new verticals and geographic markets to drive enterprise-level growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously look for ways to differentiate CreatorIQ’s offering in the marketplace through innovative solutions and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise sales in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful enterprise sales teams.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and selling into Fortune 1000 companies.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker, capable of translating high-level company goals into actionable sales plans and processes.
- Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance management.
- Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape and experience in the influencer marketing space is a plus.
- Expert in sales tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) with a deep understanding of pipeline management and reporting.
