About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain the retail dining services operation
- Ensure client and Dining Services Director expectations are met or exceeded
- Respond to market trends and customer demands while producing fiscally responsible outcomes
- Work professionally and cooperatively as a member of the dining services management team
- Supervise and coordinate all retail sales activities under the direction of the Dining Services Director
- Maintain an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
- Maintain established food presentation standards
- Participate in Food Committee meetings
- Plan and implement corporate retail marketing initiatives
- Maintain complete records of special events and pace changers in the retail operation
- Provide marketing summaries to the CDShome office upon completion
- Maintain good public relations with customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community
- Achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
Requirements

- College degree preferred
