About the role

  • Build a unique 3D social simulation video game for iOS & Android using Unity
  • Implement game functionality translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional gameplay
  • Communicate with team members to establish pipelines and integrate media assets
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate them
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
  • Participate as Developer and Technical Lead on project teams; develop and deploy software solutions
  • Mentor junior and intermediate developers through pair programming, code reviews and one-on-one coaching
  • Participate in AGILE methodology, estimate and scope project budgets, timelines, and feasibility

Requirements

  • Must have experience in Unity development for iOS & Android
  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D and good programming skills
  • Experience in working on both 2D and 3D games
  • Ability to write well designed, testable, efficient code
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong object-oriented and data structure concepts
  • Translate design specification into functional game
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
  • Bachelor's OR Masters degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT or equivalent
  • Candidate must possess a portfolio of considerable projects in Unity 3D
  • Must participate in all phases of project i-e development, testing, and deploying
  • Ability to write clear, well-documented, reusable code
  • Contractual position leading to a full-time role
  • Remote, accepting worldwide candidates
