About the role
- Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator: manage system configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
- Optimize sales cycle processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, track deal progress, and ensure proper pipeline management.
- Manage lead routing, scoring, and assignment automation to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure data hygiene and consistency; regularly audit and cleanse CRM records.
- Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Oversee marketing automation: email campaigns, workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing.
- Ensure seamless integrations with third-party tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach) to optimize outreach and engagement.
- Implement and manage lead capture forms, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in HubSpot integrating Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, and other third-party data sources.
- Track and analyze key revenue performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams.
- Continuously optimize sales and marketing processes, act as liaison between sales, marketing, and operations, and collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (HubSpot certification preferred).
- Strong experience with marketing automation, email sequences, and sales pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads.
- Ability to build custom dashboards and reports, integrating multiple data sources.
- Experience with third-party integrations and API connections (Zapier, Webhooks, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train teams on HubSpot processes.
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Looker or Tableau) is a plus.
- Prior experience working in B2B SaaS, tech, or digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
