Key responsibilities & impact

Set up and operate intermediate-level manufacturing equipment according to existing specifications and safety standards
Handle intermediate-level production tasks and issues while ensuring quality and process compliance
Perform basic daily and weekly appraisal and rudimentary maintenance of equipment and tools
Interpret technical documentation and apply electronics process and assembly knowledge
Execute new Standard Operating Procedures and comply with industry standards and safety regulations
Troubleshoot complex technical problems to root cause and propose feasible solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams on decision-making and project delivery
Support integration of new technologies and systems and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and product performance
Maintain accurate records and adhere to protocols
Support continuous improvement and optimize production processes
Provide intermediate troubleshooting and technical support to the manufacturing team
Lead projects or sub-projects under manufacturing programs and coordinate on-time delivery
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians

Requirements
