About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up and operate intermediate-level manufacturing equipment according to specifications and safety standards
  • Handle intermediate-level production tasks and issues while meeting quality and process standards
  • Perform basic daily and weekly appraisal and rudimentary maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Execute new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems to root cause and propose feasible solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams on decisions, technology integration, and manufacturing programs
  • Support continuous improvement and optimize production processes for operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to protocols
  • Lead projects or sub-projects and coordinate on-time delivery
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate-level technical proficiency in manufacturing processes
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics processes and assembly
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems to root cause
  • Ability to operate intermediate-level manufacturing equipment
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry standards
