About the role

  • Own and manage the Delivery Assurance direction within the Center of Delivery Excellence
  • Define and continuously improve delivery standards and governance across all projects
  • Ensure a consistent delivery approach across different project types and execution models
  • Lead and develop teams of: Delivery Assurance Leads, Business Architects, Technical Architects
  • Set clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration models across teams
  • Support professional growth and performance management
  • Design and maintain unified delivery processes for: internal delivery, partner-led delivery, hybrid delivery models
  • Establish delivery controls, escalation paths, and quality checkpoints
  • Drive risk, issue, and dependency management practices
  • Oversee complex and high-risk projects
  • Support critical client situations and escalations
  • Align delivery execution with business, sales, and partner teams
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation actions
  • Contribute to delivery strategy, resource planning, and engagement models
  • Support the continuous improvement of delivery maturity

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong background in enterprise or large-scale software implementations
  • Experience working with external partners and distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience with client escalations and delivery recovery
  • Experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code solutions
  • Understanding of architecture concepts and system integrations
  • Experience in regulated or complex domains (e.g., financial services, public sector)
