About the role
- Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain long lists/shortlists of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen candidates through CV reviews and initial calls.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system (Lever).
- Assist with recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Research/Sourcer.
- Interest in working with vacancies in departments such as Sales, People Management, Customer Success, Business Excellence, and Business Development.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
