About the role

  • Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
  • Build and maintain long lists/shortlists of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Screen candidates through CV reviews and initial calls.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system (Lever).
  • Assist with recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Research/Sourcer.
  • Interest in working with vacancies in departments such as Sales, People Management, Customer Success, Business Excellence, and Business Development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
