About the role

  • Establish and improve transparent workflows, Agile routines, and team operating practices
  • Enable cross-team and cross-department collaboration, aligning team goals with strategy
  • Identify risks and remove impediments to maximize value delivery
  • Coach teams and individuals, providing feedback and supporting motivation and maturity
  • Facilitate critical sessions when needed and promote distributed facilitation
  • Drive continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and increase performance and effectiveness
  • Support org-wide change initiatives and transform teams toward autonomy; mentor internal leaders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with teams in Scrum environments (for external candidates)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and context-based application
  • Deep understanding of the Software & Product Development Lifecycle and engineering practices (XP as a plus)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (incl. adult learning/training)
  • Proven ability in systems thinking, working across multiple teams and departments
  • Experience in conflict management, feedback culture, and trust-based relationships
  • Data-informed improvement mindset: EBM, metrics, forecasting, strong remote collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages
