About the role
- Establish and improve transparent workflows, Agile routines, and team operating practices
- Enable cross-team and cross-department collaboration, aligning team goals with strategy

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with teams in Scrum environments (for external candidates)
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and context-based application
- Deep understanding of the Software & Product Development Lifecycle and engineering practices (XP as a plus)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (incl. adult learning/training)
- Proven ability in systems thinking, working across multiple teams and departments
- Experience in conflict management, feedback culture, and trust-based relationships
- Data-informed improvement mindset: EBM, metrics, forecasting, strong remote collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages
