About the role

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
  • Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
  • Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
  • Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.

Requirements

  • at least 1 year in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.).
  • Familiarity with low-code development and CRM software, with an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses.
