About the role

  • Campaign Pipeline Management: Maintain the master campaign calendar (including campaigns run by other parts of the Growth team) to ensure a continuous flow of brand campaigns targeting different buyer journey stages.
  • Campaign Planning: Translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans with timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Orchestration: Coordinate across brand, product marketing, creative, content, demand gen, PR, and partner teams.
  • Asset Delivery: Track creative production, messaging, and localization to ensure readiness by launch date.
  • Launch Management: Oversee campaign go-live activities and cross-channel alignment.
  • Post-Campaign Review: Collect results, capture lessons learned, and update processes/templates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, marketing project management, or campaign operations—preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • A unique combination of creative sensibility and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a passion for process design, prioritization, and systematized workflows.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple concurrent campaigns.
