Product Manager

• Reporting into the Head of Product Operations and be able to represent the team as we grow
• Leading a team of Product Managers and support recruitment
• Helping embed and support career progression pathways using our development framework for personal growth
• Providing support to the team through mentorship and coaching
• Acting as an escalation point for the team, helping to remove internal and external blockers as needed
• Supporting resourcing of Product Managers on projects
• Identifying training and development needs
• Lead clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring long term lasting relationships are made with key decision-makers
• Working with the team to improve, shape and structure the Product Management ways of working
