Own brand strategy, creative, and marketing across channels—digital, retail, and beyond—driving cultural relevance and retail growth.
Report to the CEO and lead a growing team of marketers, creatives, and community leaders.
Set and evolve Create’s brand architecture, voice, and visual identity; build cultural relevance through earned media, social, and partnerships with athletes and wellness leaders.
Lead marketing strategy for national retailers including pricing, promotions, shelf displays, and circulars; guide price-pack architecture and packaging design updates.
Oversee brand voice, copy, and creative direction across campaigns, digital, and retail.
Leverage consumer research and retail data (e.g., Nielsen, dunnhumby) to shape strategy and measure impact.
Build and mentor a high-performing brand team and collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Ops to align messaging and execution.
Requirements
10–20 years in CPG brand marketing, ideally in food, beverage, or vitamins/minerals/supplements (VMS).
Proven success leading marketing for high-growth brands with significant brick-and-mortar revenue (Target, Costco, Kroger, etc.).
Track record of scaling a disruptive brand 5x+ during your tenure.
Experience redefining brand positioning—not just running campaigns.
Expertise in packaging redesigns, price-pack architecture, and consumer/retail data.
Deep understanding of social, partnerships, and cultural storytelling.
