Brand Manager

• Own brand strategy, creative, and marketing across channels—digital, retail, and beyond—driving cultural relevance and retail growth.
• Report to the CEO and lead a growing team of marketers, creatives, and community leaders.
• Set and evolve Create’s brand architecture, voice, and visual identity; build cultural relevance through earned media, social, and partnerships with athletes and wellness leaders.
• Lead marketing strategy for national retailers including pricing, promotions, shelf displays, and circulars; guide price-pack architecture and packaging design updates.
• Oversee brand voice, copy, and creative direction across campaigns, digital, and retail.
• Leverage consumer research and retail data (e.g., Nielsen, dunnhumby) to shape strategy and measure impact.
• Build and mentor a high-performing brand team and collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Ops to align messaging and execution.
