About the role

  • Monitor the full project lifecycle, from definition through delivery.
  • Gather requirements, analyze needs and translate them into clear specifications for technical teams.
  • Create and track work plans, priorities, risks and timelines.
  • Support communication between teams, ensure alignment and remove impediments.
  • Prepare documentation, progress reports and support materials for internal and external clients.
  • Help improve work processes and management practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, functional analysis or related areas.
  • Strong communication, organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) or other product/project management frameworks.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
