About the role

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from definition through delivery.
  • Gather requirements, assess needs and translate them into clear specifications for technical teams.
  • Create and maintain work plans, priorities, risk registers and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensure alignment and remove impediments.
  • Prepare documentation, progress reports and materials to support internal and external clients.
  • Contribute to improving work processes and management practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, business/functional analysis or related areas.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and critical thinking.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing parallel priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) or other product/project management approaches.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
