About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other global search engines and social platforms.
  • Your key responsibilities will include: Campaign Optimization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and secondary search engines.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor key KPIs and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Insights.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings through dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Client Success & Collaboration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their paid media strategies align with business objectives.
  • Provide regular performance updates , insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Search Engine Marketing Knowledge – Some experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising , including basic campaign optimization.
  • Social Media Advertising (Nice to Have) – Familiarity with paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok is a plus.
  • Data Analysis & Storytelling – Strong Excel skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork – A team player who can support multiple projects and contribute to an inclusive, “all-in” culture.
  • Communication Excellence – Clear and effective communicator across in-person, virtual, and written interactions.
  • Critical Thinking & Ownership – Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, challenges the status quo , and advocates for clients.
