About the role

  • You will work directly with me (Mia, Founder & CEO) and act as an equal sparring partner — both operationally and strategically.
  • Planning, execution and optimization of paid social campaigns (primarily Meta, with a view to other platforms)
  • Structured budget management, goal setting & KPI tracking
  • Monitoring, analysis & transparent evaluation of campaigns
  • Deriving clear, actionable recommendations for clients and the team
  • Developing social media strategies, campaign setups and content concepts
  • Contributing to pitch decks, annual plans and new formats
  • Translating brand and communication goals into actionable social concepts
  • Supporting agency management and ongoing development
  • Assisting with proposals, performance measurement and package structuring
  • Quality assurance & approvals
  • Ensuring our high quality standards across all clients

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in an agency or in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising (especially Meta)
  • Analytical mindset & enthusiasm for working with numbers, reports and presentations
  • Ability to explain strategies clearly — both internally and externally
  • Confident presence, sense of ownership & structured way of working
  • Willingness to take responsibility and proactively shape initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of design and photography is a plus
