About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and turnover rates to reduce aging inventory and minimize waste
  • Implement and monitor FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound order flows, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfillment
  • Monitor order status to reduce dropouts and cancellations by identifying root causes and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Commercial, Customer Service) to ensure fulfillment alignment with campaign timelines and customer expectations
  • Act as a key contact point for daily communication and coordination with our third-party warehouse partner
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to the warehouse to oversee physical inventory processes, address operational gaps, or inconsistencies, and ensure service quality and timelines are met
  • Generate and analyze inventory and fulfillment reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization
  • Support the development and enforcement of standard operating procedures for inventory control and fulfillment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics (eCommerce experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and workflows
  • Strong coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable with regular warehouse site visits and hands-on problem solving
