About the role
- Support the Lead Generation Manager in identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential clients.
- Research potential clients, brands, and decision-makers across targeted industries.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using online tools, social platforms, and internal databases.
- Support outbound outreach via email, messaging platforms, LinkedIn, and phone calls under guidance.
- Assist in introducing CREA’s services to potential clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to gauge interest and readiness for meetings.
- Log communications, follow-up schedules, and lead status updates.
- Assist in arranging meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and client engagement skills.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development concepts is advantageous.
