About the role
- Prepare, update, and review contracts to ensure alignment with BD proposals, including scope of work, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and terms.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting → approvals → signature → completion → archiving.
- Support BD team in preparing forms, onboarding documents, and client setup requirements.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to company standards and policies.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies and correct them before submission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or related administrative roles preferred.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy and document-checking skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple contracts at once.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Familiarity with legal documents, contracting processes, or BD operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools.
