About the role
- Prospect and secure new client partnerships (enterprise + mid-market)
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach through close
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Build relationships with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and MSP leaders
- Drive revenue through both direct hire and contingent staffing solutions
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 7+ years of staffing sales experience (required)
- Proven success selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, Professional Services, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new business (hunter mindset)
- Experience working with MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce models
- Strong network within HR / TA / Procurement communities
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
