Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from an accredited university
0-5 years related structural engineering experience with a strong emphasis in the design of bridges and structures
Working knowledge of Microstation or AutoCAD
Ability to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently
Flexibility to adjust as project workload demands change
Proficient with various structural design and analysis software
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn
Possession of a current and valid driver’s license to travel to field sites, as needed, for engineering roles
